Welcome to DesignToCodeAI (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DesignToCodeAI website, AI-powered code generation tools, point system, website URL processing, redesign features, Elementor JSON generation, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

1.1 Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

1.2 Permitted Use – You may upload valid design files (PNG, JPG, max 20MB), website URLs, or design references to generate HTML/CSS/JS, Elementor JSON, or redesign outputs using our AI.

1.3 Prohibited Use – You may not:

Upload or submit content you do not have rights to use.
Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with our AI systems or platform.

2. Account & Points System

2.1 Account Creation – A valid email is required to create an account and access features such as point tracking, website processing, and design/code history.

2.2 Points Overview – Our system operates on Power Points:

Points can be purchased via Starter, Pro, or Power packs.
You may also receive points from promotions or referrals (e.g., signup bonuses).

2.3 Usage – Points are consumed when you initiate code generation, website conversion, or redesign processing. More complex iterations may cost additional points.

2.4 Non-Expiring – Points do not expire but are non-transferable and tied to your account.

2.5 Refunds – Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase only if no points have been used. See Privacy Policy for details.

3. AI Code Generation

3.1 No Storage – We do not permanently store uploaded files, website URLs, or generated outputs. All processing is performed in memory and cleared after session end or refresh.

3.2 Accuracy – While we aim for high-quality outputs, results may require refinement using iterations or additional instructions.

3.3 No Suitability Guarantee – Generated outputs (including HTML, redesigns, or Elementor JSON) may not meet all requirements. You are responsible for final review and implementation.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Uploads – You retain ownership of uploaded designs and website URLs. You grant us a temporary license to process them for service delivery only.

4.2 Generated Code – You own generated outputs and may use them commercially, subject to third-party dependencies and licenses.

4.3 Platform Content – All platform systems, AI models, and interface designs remain the exclusive property of DesignToCodeAI.

5. Referral Program

5.1 Referral Rewards – Users may earn points for successful referrals as defined by platform campaigns or promotional rules.

5.2 Abuse – Fraudulent activity, including self-referrals or automated systems, may result in suspension and loss of rewards.

6. Account Termination

6.1 User-Initiated – You may delete your account at any time, which will result in permanent loss of associated data and points.

6.2 Platform-Initiated – We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or misuse of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to errors in generated code, redesign outputs, or data loss.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
