Our AI system primarily supports direct image uploads of design screenshots in PNG and JPG formats. You can export designs from tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch as images and use them with our system. We support image uploads up to 20MB in size. We are also actively working on direct integrations with popular design tools to further streamline your workflow.

DesignToCodeAI aims for pixel-perfect conversion. Our multi-agent AI system analyzes layout, styling, fonts, and assets to generate clean, semantic HTML and Tailwind CSS. While we strive for extremely high accuracy, complex designs might occasionally require minor manual adjustments. Utilizing the "Iterations" feature and providing clear "Additional Instructions" can further refine the generated code for better results.

You can download your converted designs as a single HTML file or a single Elementor JSON file for easy import into WordPress. The generated code is shown directly on the page for preview and copying.

Yes, our AI analyzes your design for responsive behavior and generates code that adapts seamlessly to different screen sizes using modern CSS techniques like flexbox and grid. Furthermore, the generated code is clean and semantic HTML, which is inherently beneficial for SEO as it provides a clear structure for search engine crawlers to understand your content.

DesignToCodeAI uses a points-based system for generating code. Each code generation consumes a certain number of "Power Points" from your account balance. A standard generation typically costs 100 Points, as indicated on the "Generate Code" button. More complex designs or those requiring multiple 'Iterations' (refinements) can consume additional points.

The number of conversions you can make depends on your current Point balance and the Point Pack you've purchased. You can find detailed information about Point Packs on our Pricing section. New users also receive a complimentary set of points to try the service before purchasing a pack.

Points are consumed when a code generation process is initiated. We strongly encourage you to utilize the 'Iterations' feature and provide clear 'Additional Instructions' to guide the AI for optimal results and to achieve your desired output. These features are designed to help you refine the code and ensure it meets your expectations.

While we typically do not refund points for generations that don't meet subjective preferences or expectations due to the inherent complexity of design interpretation, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you encounter a clear technical error or require assistance in the generation process on our end, please contact our support team immediately with details. We will thoroughly review your case and ensure a fair resolution.

Purchased Point Packs are generally non-refundable once any points from that pack have been used for code generation. However, if you have purchased a Point Pack and have not used any points from that specific pack, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Please contact our support team with your purchase details to discuss your specific situation.

If a code generation process fails due to a clear technical error on our end (e.g., a server issue or a bug in the AI processing that prevents any output), points for that specific attempt will typically be refunded automatically to your balance. If you believe a generation failed and points were not refunded, please contact our support team with details of the issue, and we will investigate promptly.

No, we do not store your input (uploaded screenshots) or the generated code on our servers. The data is processed for generation and will be replaced when you refresh the page or start a new session. Please ensure you copy and save any generated code you wish to keep.

Our AI system can process designs with multiple sections for Elementor JSON conversion. However, for optimal accuracy and easier management, we **highly recommend converting each major section of your design separately.** This approach ensures that the AI can focus on the intricacies of one section at a time, leading to more precise Elementor widget and column mapping. It also provides you with greater flexibility to make minor adjustments to individual sections within Elementor after import, rather than managing one very long JSON file.
