Sedum Autumn Joy (Herbstfreude), 2L Art razor-sharp cutSedum Autumn Joy (also known as Sedum Herbstfreude) is an upright form of Stonecrop, with succulent leaves, and wide clusters of salmon pink blooms from late summer.
