Cabernet 2023 made from 90% Cabernet FrancOur Cabernet, made from 90% Cabernet Franc and 10% Merlot sourced from St. Davids. This Cabernet is stripped of fuss and is smooth, juicy, and shareable. Warm strawberry jam, white currant jelly, and a hint of cedar curl up from the glass. A sip brings silky red cherry fruit flavours, gentle acidity, and a dash of cassia and clove. Almost no grip means you can pour a second glass before the apps hit the table. Park it next to burgers, a loaded cheese
