Tsimshian "ALASKA" Basket with Fluted Rim phillipines Each panel is 1 1/4"This is a wonderful basket. It has an organic shape, reminiscent of flower buds, or seed heads, with its undulating top. A very Victorian shape. It has "Alaska" woven across the body in very large ornate letters. It really makes a statement. And it is in excellent shape. H. 5 "; D. at rim 7" c. 1910 #8385
